You are invited to begin your De Bruin Law Firm, LLC Estate Planning/Will Evaluation. This evaluation, will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. Once completed one of your attorneys will begin reviewing your individual evaluation. We will then contact you to discuss the creation of your Will and additional Estate Planning documents. Your Will and additional Estate Planning documents will be ready for your signature within 10 business days from the date of your Attorney evaluation.

Your completion of the evaluation is not a binding contract between yourself or the De Bruin Law Firm, LLC. Instead, this evaluation is only meant to create a more efficient approach to creating your Will and Estate Planning Documents.

Prior to the completion of your Will and additional Estate Planning documents the De Bruin Law Firm, LLC will quote you an estimated price for our services. If you agree to the quoted price and schedule a time within 10 business days to come in and execute your Will and additional Estate Planning documents we will then begin the creation of you Will and subsequent documents.

If at any point during your survey you do not know an answer, do not feel comfortable answering, or are unsure as to how to answer please either skip the answer or choose the "wait to consulate an attorney" option for your answer. We will address any blank or "choose to consult an attorney" answers during our review and scheduling phone conversation with you.

Your evaluation responses will be strictly confidential and data from this evaluation will only be used by the De Bruin Law Firm, LLC.
