Demography of Employees

Respected Sir/ Miss/ Madam,

I, Pouvadeven Neelan Maurimootoo, am currently a full time student reading for a BSC in Human Resource Management at Université Des Mascareignes at Pamplemousses. As per requirement of my final year dissertation module, I have to conduct a survey in your organization to assess the practices and implementation of Human Resource strategies to create a Break-Environment to the conformity of Hotel Operation Employees to promote Employee Welfare. I would be grateful if you could answer to the questions about the demography of the employees, their stress level, their Biological & Physiological Needs, Safety Needs, Belongingness & Love Needs, Esteem Needs and Self-Actualization. The data gathered will be used for analysis and finding process to analyze the actual break experience and to find solutions to create the best break experience to satisfy the operational employees and promote employee welfare.
