I, Nerisha Moodley, an MBA student at the Graduate School of Business, University of Kwa-Zulu Natal hereby invites you to participate in my research entitled: Determining Service Delivery Levels at the Services Sector Education and Training Authority. The aim of this study is to determine if service delivery from the Services SETA affects the productivity of private Further Education and Training Providers.

Through your participation, I hope to understand your expectations and perceptions of the SETA. The results of this research are intended to contribute to a better level of service delivery from the Services SETA and a more satisfied stakeholder in the form of private FET providers.

It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. There will be no monetary gain from participating in this survey. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.
