It examines how organizations are using document management activities – whether internal or outsourced – to improve business performance during the current economic downturn and beyond. The survey also spotlights the benefits organizations believe they are gaining from their document management strategies as well as the strategies they are considering for the future.

The survey will take only a few minutes to complete.
