Ebola Research

Dear American Citizens:
You are invited to participate in our survey regarding Americans perception of the Ebola virus. In this survey, approximately one thousand people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their perception of the Ebola virus. It will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Your views will help the research department gain useful information in determining why Americans are so fearful and are in panic of this virus. No one will be identified in the survey nor will any addresses be identified.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
