Hello. Thank you for taking time to complete this survey. This would help me greatly in the data collection to complete my term paper for EG736: Language and Identity Course.

My paper topic is: Ascription and Avowal of Thai Identity in the Modern World.

My aim: to understand how Thai people see themselves as a member of the Thai culture, as well to explore how members of the other cultures see us, and perhaps to find any discrepancy that arise between the Thai perception and other perceptions.

This survey has only open-ended questions based on what I'd interview a person if I get to meet them face to face. However it's difficult to do so because some of my desired participants are overseas, so if you could take about 10-15 minutes to answer these questions, no matter how long or short, I'd eternally be grateful for your participation!!
