Hello:
Thank you for working at Best Western in Florida City. I have created this survey to see where we stand as a hotel. My goal of this survey is to help improve our hotel. I strongly believe the way to improving our hotel is through you. Bottom line is if the guest is satisfied with your work, the hotel will do better. You are our front lines. Please be completely honest with this survey. We will not know who filled out what. It is completely anonymous. All i will get at the end is a tally of the total scores. I will not see any individual surveys. Some of the questions are about your work, the hotel, your supervisors and even about your self. I want you to be completely honest with even those scores.
