Employee award

Thank you for participating in the YMGF Employee Award Scheme. There are 5 award categories, based on the Yamaha Way principles. Below each category are guidelines based on which you may choose your nominees.
Each vote will bear points based on the voter's rank/ position in YMGF. Votes by staff will be counted as 1 point, votes by Management will be counted as 3 points.

1. Management staff are not eligible for nomination.

• Reliable, dependable and always at the fore- front to solve issues & work related setbacks
• Displays sincerity, honesty and humility in work and personal relationships with colleagues

• Acts on own to realize ideas by proposals
• Takes active measures to improve work culture by developing cultural sensitivity, encouraging communication & positive working environment

Criteria:
• Actively adopts change and positively reinforces change in the workplace
• Willing to take on new tasks and roles with courage and a positive attitude

Criteria:
• Sets realistic goals and achieves them in a timely manner with the desired outcome
• Takes measures to overcome any obstacles that may prevent the goal from being achieved
