Employee Satisfaction Survey

My attitude to the current tasks I do is as follows:

I am fully satisfied with the tasks assigned to me

Some tasks seem to be too complex for me

Some tasks assigned seem to be boring to me, however there aren't many of them

I assusme the most tasks assigned to me to be a "monkey job"

I fully understand the reason of doing tasks assigned to me:

Fully agree, I understand why the task should be done and its role in the end product

Somewhat disagree, I am in lack of understanding the reason for doing the task

Strongly disagree, the tasks I do mostly are senseless to me

The tasks assigned to me on the project answer my technical level.

Strongly agree, most of the tasks are of my level and there are a couple of them which gives me a possibility of personal development

Somewhat disagree, there are tasks which are much lower or much higher my current level

Strongly disagree, it seems to me the tasks are given randomly

I understand the general concept of the project I work on and have a good vision of further steps needed:

Agree, I understand what we are doing and have a vision of at least nearest future of the product

Somewhat disagree, I have a basic understanding of what we are doing, but not sure in further steps

Strongly disagree, I do not understand how my tasks integrate with the product and have no idea what I will do on it next

The tasks my tech lead assignes to me are clear and well explained:

Agree, have not faced any problems with this

Somewhat disagree, the tasks are not always well-explained and I need to perform a long research

Strongly disagree, there are a lot of tasks which are unclear to me and are passed without proper explanation

It is easy for me to ask my tech lead for help or explanation when I need it.

Strongly agree, I always get timely help from my tech lead/PM when I need it

Somewhat disagree, I know that I can ask for help only in a serious situation

Strongly disagree, I see that it is better to find a way out myself

The communication with the client on the project satisfies me.

Agree, there are no problems with client communication on my current project

Somewhat disagree, there are cases when the client is hard on me/us without a reason

The information my PM gives to me about the project and my current/future role in it is full

Agree, I understand what I am doing and what will be doing in the nearest future

Somewhat disagree, there are cases when some things are unclear to me and I do not get any info on it

Strongly disagree, I do not even know the current state of things
