DAILY SCHEDULE: How did our daily schedule work this semester? Keep in mind the changes (Comm.Meeting and Fac.Meeting switch on Monday, Work Crew on Thursday, Advisor Lunch on Wednesday and new Art/Music and OE schedule. Any suggestions for improvement?

ACADEMICS: Do you think we delivered a high quality academic program this semester? Consider things such as homework, study hall, tests, course content, experiential components. Do you feel like we are sending students home in a good place academically to jump back in to their sending schools?

MISSION and DELIVERY: How well did we meet our mission (Experiential education for young people, promoting the natural world and the betterment of human character)? Do you feel like we delivered the experience that we advertise? In what area could we have improved?

ADVISOR PROGRAM: How well is the Advisor Program working? (Wednesday advisor lunch, advisor files, Thursday faculty lunch, the Advisor work crews and dinners, Advisor comments) Do you have any suggestions for improvement?

FOOD: Please rate and comment on this semester's meals and snacks, as well as kitchen cleaning systems, our shared meal experience, food choices and health, and outdoor programming food.

OUTDOOR PROGRAMMING: Please rate and comment on the outdoor programs OA ran this semester, including paddle/climb, trek, Cold Mountain hike, solo, student preparation and skills development. Did we deliver an effective, safe, and enjoyable program?

MEDICAL: Please rate and comment on the organization of medication, distribution systems, support systems in place during medical emergencies, and med. pack-out, along with other health and wellness issues you may have observed this semester.

COMMUNITY MEETING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT: How did Community Meeting go this semester? Any suggestions for improvement? How well did we do with our community-building throughout the semester, including lessons and ceremonies? How well did we empower the students to develop their community? Did we do a good job with our transition activities to prepare students for their departure?

INTERACTIONS BETWEEN STAFF AND STUDENTS: Was their a sense of respect between staff and students? Did we balance our roles and relationships well so as not to create confusion, favoritism, or an "us and them" mentality?

STUDENT ISSUES AND DISCIPLINE: Did we as a faculty take care of student issues and discipline issues in a timely and effective manner? Do you have any suggestions for improvement?
