60. Which of the following do you think is the best way to commemorate and recognize the milestone anniversaries of your 300+ fellow employee owners who have been at EP for more than 5 years? |
| |
All employee owners with 5+ years of service at EP would have an anniversary plaque hung on the Burbank Office 1st floor wall that leads out to the patio. Stars would be placed on the plaques for employee owners reaching their 5 year anniversary. Those reaching their 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, etc., anniversaries (milestones) would have another star added to their existing plaque. Duplicate plaques would be sent to Central Casting, New York, and Florida for employees working in those offices. Note: Photos will be taken by professional photographer and those who do not wish to be photographed will have a silhouette.
|
A digital presentation of the milestone anniversaries would rotate on the Burbank Office 1st floor lobby monitor (presentations would be displayed in New York, Central Casting, and Florida as well). Each employee owner celebrating a milestone anniversary would have a screen in the presentation, along with a screen of 1-year anniversaries, plus a screen of all anniversaries for that month (replacing the printed anniversary boards in the lobby). Only retirees and those with 20+ years of service would have a plaque placed on the Burbank Office 1st floor wall that leads out to the patio. Note: Photos will be taken by professional photographer and those who do not wish to be photographed will have a silhouette.
|
Each employee owner would select a gift from a catalog to commemorate each milestone anniversary. The gifts could be anything from a special anniversary pin, a wine set, an engraved pen, computer accessories, travel items, etc.
