1. I didn't know we had a retirement and life division. I really don't know anything about it.

ERS corporate emphasizes the strength of using the 3X3 marketing and compensation plan. What statement below best describes your thoughts and participation with the ERSLife division.
 
I really have no interest in working with that division
 
I know that there is a profit structure that I could take advantage of but never really took the time to understand it
 
I have a good understanding of it but never implemented. It would be good that I learn how I can do that now.

When it comes to federal income taxes, which answer below best describes your feelings about what will happen to federal income tax rates in the future.
 
1. Our country will finally control its spending and reduce entitilements thereby our taxes will go down.
