As part of the upcoming Leadership Team Development Workshop, you are asked to complete the Team Assessment Questionnaire. The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide insight into team strength and development areas across a number of factors that contribute to effectiveness and performance.

The results from the Team Assessment Questionnaire will be provided at the Leadership Team Development Workshop. It is important to note that while findings from the questionnaire will be discussed at an aggregate level your individual responses will remain strictly confidential.

The survey will take approximately 30 minutes to complete. It is requested that you complete it by 12.00 noon on Friday, 5th of April to ensure that feedback is available at the session.
