You are invited to participate in our ETK follow up survey. In this survey, approximately 50 people will be asked to complete an evaluation that asks questions about the ETK Capital Stewardship Campaign. It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this process is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this collection will be reported only in the aggregate and will be used to plan future programming at Shiloh CCC and follow up campaigns/events/activities to ETK.. The vision that was cast for Shiloh is grounded in Kingdom Enlargement. There were pillars established to provide the framework for our efforts over the three year period. Those pillars were - The Savior's Mandate, Spiritual Maturity, Salient Ministry and Sacrificial Giving. The vision also included a $5M construction project.

As it relates to the Savior's Mandate, many evangelistic and outreach efforts were planned. How involved were you in these efforts?(Street corner ministry, door knocking, giveaways - Thanksgiving, Christmas, Back to School; Community festivals)

The 3-year journey focused a lot on spiritual maturity. In that vein people were encouraged to study God's Word in a new format. The first was GRACE Classes. Did you participate in GRACE classes.
