You are invited to participate in our survey which is evaluating the impact of the Prime Minister’s Pacific Program (previously known as Prime Minister’s Pacific-Australia Awards). In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the impact the Award has had on your life and on the lives of those around you. The survey will take approximately 45 minutes to complete.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your confidentiality and the identities of all survey participants are held in strict confidence by AusAID, and individual responses to survey questions will not be associated with particular persons or their organizations. Data will only be released in summary form. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
