Experimental Vehicle Survey Question

UC Berkeley is conducting a study on the member use and opinions of car2go, and your general travel patterns. We appreciate your time and effort in taking this survey.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and you may discontinue taking the survey at any time without penalty. All of your responses will remain confidential. You may choose to skip any questions that you do not want to answer. If you would like more information about your rights as a research participant, please click here, or call Research Subjects at (510) 642-7461 or email [email protected].

Each valid survey completion will be entered to win one of ten $50 Amazon gift cards. Only one survey completion per car2go member is allowed to be submitted. In order to eligible to receive a gift card, you must provide your email address when prompted at the end of the survey. Your email address will be destroyed from our records upon completion of the final survey in this series.
