We trust that you have taken the time to review the options that were presented, including the pros and cons. Hopefully, you came up with some pros and cons of your own. Objective 1
 
 
As discussed in the operator meetings, Objective 1: Ensure double coverage at all times, including vacation and sick leave coverage, has moved forward for now with the investigation into adding two hourly staff members. There are currently no options on which to give feedback. If you have input you'd like to have considered, please give that in box below.

* With regard to Objective 2: Bring the dedicated night shift operators up to days periodically for team interaction and to keep all skills sharp, which option do you prefer?
 
Option 1: One full 6 week rotation per year
 
Option 2: A rotation of a duration less than 6 weeks (such as 4 weeks)
 
Option 3: 3 or 4 modified schedule periods per year of 2 days in duration each (e.g. work 0100-1300)
