You are invited to participate in our survey to give feedback on the new curriculum--This is a Story You Have to Tell. Approximately 6 councils will be asked to complete this survey that asks questions about the lessons you taught. It will take approximately 45 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

We wil use your feedback to re-write the lessons to better serve the needs of your program. Therefore, it is critical to receive thorough, thoughtful and specific feedback from you. We value your expertise and your experience working directly with girls and mothers. We would very much like to have that expertise reflected in the revised curriculum.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
