The FUSD Committee for Leadership Effectiveness developed a prototype of an administrator evaluation tool and process that we have been piloting this school year. The purpose of this survey is to help inform the Committee about what aspects of the tool and process are working and what areas still need improvement.


Instructions: Please refer to the evaluation tool, which includes the rubric(sent in an email from Deanna Wendel), as you fill out the survey. Please complete survey by Friday, May 31st.
