This questionnaire has been conducted in-store at Masters Home Improvement stores in Australia. The questionnaire took place using hardcopy 1-page forms with tick boxes. The collected response cards are available for reference, the responses have been transferred here onto the QuestionPro platform by means of creating a soft-copy back up, which also allows for analyses and reporting in the same format of the other survey in this research project.

The form included the below text:

"This questionnaire is part of an MBA project, for academic purposes. Participation in the questionnaire is voluntary and anonymous. Participants will not receive any incentives. Your participation will be highly appreciated and would take approximately 5 minutes.
