Last year was the first year Harmony used a Handbook to maintain the program. There were some great successes as well as some things that did not work. Please review the Harmony handbook (can be found the Harmony Website) and rate each section according to how successful you feel each policy was in achieving its goal.

* Attendance and communication are two of the most important and challenging parts of the program. Has communication with the staff improved over the last year? If so, in what ways and in what ways could communication improve?
   
* Last year we started a new attendance policy. The Attendance Polls Policy reads... "Members will fill out polls on the Harmony Website. If a member does not respond to the poll, we will assume they are not attending the TECH or performance. If a member needs to change their attendance from a Yes to a No after the poll closes on the conflict deadline, it will be considered unexcused and be subject to disciplinary action." - Do you prefer this policy? Why or Why not?
