How often do you exercise your dog?

Hello:
You are invited to participate in our survey "How often do you exercise your dog?". In this survey, approximately 100 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about the factors that influence the time spent exercising dogs and people's perceptions on "what is enough?". It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

The survey itself has been designed to aid a research programme I am currently working towards. In this project, I am trying to work out the average exercise owners provide for their dogs, factors that influence exercising (on both the owner and dogs part) and people's opinions towards the amount they exercise their dog.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.
