For some time there has been quite heated discussion on the merits of a grading system for our print and digital competitions. There are a number of factors to consider before introducing such a system.

You are invited to participate in this short survey.It will take approximately 5 Minutes to complete the questionnaire.

If the HPG established A and B Grades to the monthly competitions, what method should it use to 'Grade' new members?
 
New members are automatically assigned to the B Grade.
 
New member submits a portfolio of 5 images to the Grading Committee for assessment.
 
New members choose A or B Grade based on their own photographic experience and background.
