a) make the language live ( e.g iMTL e-learning portal)
b) promote use of Mandarin (e.g. Speak Mandarin Campaign initiated by Singaporean Government)
c)learn the language (e.g.the existence of Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL)
Radio Programme- by Y.E.S fm)
d) encourage Singaporeans to deepen their knowledge of the chinese culture (e.g. The Chinese Challenge” by Promote Mandarin Council )

Have ever heard about this, if yes do you think it is effective?
