Dear Parishioner:
Again this year, the Parish Pastoral Council asks for your feedback about Immaculate Heart of Mary and many facets of parish life. Your assistance in providing periodic feedback and direction to IHM is important. It helps us understand how effectively the parish ministers to you, gives us actionable guidance on a range of important topics and allows us to monitor the “pulse of the parish.”
Last year, your thoughtful feedback resulted in several important projects and changes. We re-energized our Newcomers Group to ensure we integrate effectively new parishioners into parish life. We made significant enhancements to our website to improve communication across the parish as well as within our many committees and ministries. And we made several changes to the way our school communicates with parents.
We don’t know what you’ll tell us this year, but be assured that we will respond prayerfully to your feedback. With your help, we will continue to make IHM a vibrant Catholic community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ as our guide where we strengthen our spirituality and deepen our relationships with God.
All adults 18 years and older are invited to complete the survey, which should take approximately 25-30 minutes to complete. There are several open-end questions in the survey, so those may take a little longer to answer. When you do the survey, please set aside enough time to finish it as you are not able to save it and continue the survey later. The survey will be available from May 8th - 18th. Please complete your survey by May 18th so we can include your opinions.
Your participation in the survey is voluntary and your responses are strictly confidential. Data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. We will share a summary report with the parish in late summer. In addition, the Parish Pastoral Council will review the report and create specific follow-up action plans where appropriate.
