Informed Consent
This research is being conducted by Andrea Bayley, contractor at Cognizant - Academy Europe, and MSc HRD student at London South Bank University, as a requirement of a Master's degree, and is self-funded. There will be no cost to you for participating in this survey.

The questionnaire is being sent to a sample group of approximately 140 current Cognizant employees within the UK. It should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.

The data collected from this questionnaire will be used to analyse the impact of learning and development on leadership roles, with a specific focus on empowerment of women. It aims to be of benefit to Cognizant’s Women Empowered initiative and the learning and development provided through Academy.

Confidentiality & Anonymity:
Responses to this survey will be kept both confidential and anonymous. Your participation in responding is voluntary, and only the researcher will know you have responded. Any identifying data provided by you will be coded prior to analysis to preserve confidentiality and anonymity of both you and the organisation.

Data Protection:
The researcher has a contracted account with QuestionPro, an independent research firm, to collect your confidential survey responses. Data collected will be stored securely within this account. Access to the account is available to the researcher only. Data will be stored securely until the LSBU exam board have completed assessment and provided assessment results, after which the data will be deleted.
