Hope you are all well.

I was hoping you would be able to help. Off the back of a conversation with certain members of management, I made a commitment to gather some thoughts and feedback around the induction process. I have heard a lot of positive things around "how much we have come on in the last few years" but personally speaking I think the induction can be massively improved upon...

There seems to be a lot of focus around this via TTUS but I thought it would be good to get some ideas from a bunch of people who have recently gone through induction - YOU!
