Hello:

I am a year 3 student, studying the course "Research Method for Management". This is a qualitative research with the topic "To What Extent can Non- Local Students Integrate into the PolyU Campus Life?"

According to the PolyU figure 2013/2014, non – local students account for 20% of the total student population. Having culturally diverse backgrounds, they may encounter integration problems in the host environment which is novel to them. In view of this, school and local students’ roles are important in facilitating non- local students’ integration into PolyU campus life with a new culture. Therefore, this research aims at exploring the integration issues that non-local students have to face during their study in PolyU. The result will help university administration to draw better strategic plans for assistance, support and orientation programmes.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the Continue button below.
