What is your global opinion about Iscent concept and its chance of success in the VIP aircraft market?

I think that Iscent concept is a great idea and I am ready to buy the future product to offer it to my VIP customers

It is an interesting concept but I want to wait for further product development before considering to buy it

I am not convinced by this concept and I am not willing to buy this product

How do you think the appropriate scent selection range to be displayed in a completion center catalog should be made ?

Scentair is the best expert. The company should give its scent selection appropriate for VIP people

Our designers are the best experts to understand our VIP customers needs. They should define the appropriate scent range.

VIP people should choose themselves among the whole scent collection of Scentair to create their own customized scent ranges.

What is your opinion about offering the service of a "signature fragrance" as a unique customized fragrance created by Scentair for your VIP customers ?

It's a good idea : some of our VIP customers will be definitively interested. It is something that we can easily integrate in your design process of customized aircraft interior for VIP people.

It's a good idea and some of our VIP customers could be interested. But the creation of a special fragrance with Scentair is not easy to integrate in the aircraft completion process.

It's not a good idea. Offering a customized scent range to be diffused in each aircraft room is enough and will suit all of our VIP customers

What is your vision about the integration of Iscent in VIP completion offer ?

Iscent can be easily integrated in the VIP aircraft completion process by adding the product in our catalog and designing along with each VIP customer a customized scent range to be diffused in each room of its aircraft

Iscent concept fits perfectly in the design process of the aircraft completion where expert designers work with the future owner of the a/c to design their "dream" interior

Iscent should be sold as a special option because it is a really innovative concept that uses an unusual sense, the smell. Consequently, the selling of the concept requires special marketing and communication from our sales team

According to you, what percent rate of your VIP customers could be interested by Iscent ?

Speaking about VIP Customers' interest for Iscent : we can easily imagine them being thrilled by the possibility of changing scent in a room during a flight and "showing-off"by exhibiting this new product to their passengers.
But in the long-term, do you think VIP people will be the primary user of Iscent control system ?

Yes, definitively. As soon as the interface of the control system is interactive and easy to use, VIP people will be glad to control the scent changes themselves during the flight

No, I don't think so. If at the beginning, VIP people may show-off with this new product, they will soon be fed-up of using it and will ask the crew to handle the control system, while specifying the scent they want to diffuse.

There is no straight answer to this question. It depends on customers. Some are "tech-addict" and would like to play with the control system. Others would prefer to let the crew handle it.

Consequently, what is the most appropriate control system for Iscent according on your opinion about the future primary user of the product ?

Iscent control system should be integrated into the CMS. VIP people should be able to control directly the choice of the scent to be diffused in each room via an app on their electronic device (smartphone, tablet)

Iscent control system should be input into the crew area. It can be a simple system of button switches activated by the crew that allow the selection of a scent among 3 pre-selected ones in each a/c room.

Both solutions above are relevant and I want to offer to our VIP customers the choice of the two options

Not integrating Iscent to the CMS can really be a disadvantage when selling the product to our VIP customers, even if he turns out to not be the primary user
