Many thanks for agreeing to do this very short survey for me.  I have decided to do this as part of my personal professional development to gauge how my leadership style is perceived.  There are 18 questions and each needs to be answered. For each question, choose the option that best describes how you believe I would typically act in each given situation.  You will not need to write your name, therefore, each survey will be anonymous.
