Hello All,
This is IT survey for all BVN staff.
This quick assessment consists of 10 questions.
Please click “Submit Assessment” after having answered to all questions.
When you click “Mark” icon on the top-right of a question screen, you can return to the question later by clicking “Questions” on the top of a question screen.
You can check the number of attempts you had attempted on “Attempt History” (To Do list>Other Actions>View Activity Details>Attempt History). Even after starting a quick assessment, you can close the assessment and access the “Attempt History” screen.
You need to pass the test. So please take the test until you pass.

(I found some usual settings/abnormal behavior at my PC but I try to change setting without informing IT dept. Is this correct?)

(My dept needs some hardware/software for the company purpose use and I raised IT requisition and submit to IT dept. Is this correct?)

Permission must be sought from IT dept if you are installing any new information devices in office for company use. Should I do this?
