Here is an idea we'd had for next year, what do you think? 'Preserving Specials' Boxes (in addition to the weekly produce box) with all the necessary ingredients for a batch of ...pesto, pickles, sasla, etc... for preserving, with a recipe included.
   
 
 
 
We'd like to find ways to reduce disposable packaging, without creating food safety concerns. Any ideas?
