Leadership Education Program Participant Survey

Program Participant Survey

Leadership Education at Duke Divinity is currently engaged in an evaluation process to better understand the impact of its programs, and gain insights about specific areas for growth and improvement. Leadership Education is working with Pratt Richards Group, a consulting firm based in Chicago, to conduct this evaluation, and is currently soliciting feedback from all past program participants who can provide important feedback to the organization.

This survey should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete, and must be taken in one sitting. You can not save your responses and return to it later. All responses will remain confidential. We are deeply grateful for your time and willingness to share your insights.
