You are invited to participate in our Leadership Styles Inventory. In this survey, you are asked to rank items from 15 questions on your personal leadership style for work related endeavors. You are also asked to answer a few demographic questions to ensure this survey minimizes bias.
Your participation in this study is completely voluntary and there are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to understand your leadership style.
