Dear Volunteer Orientation participant:

You are invited to participate in our Volunteer Orientation Feedback Survey. In this survey, you will be asked to give us your feedback on the July 9, 2013 Volunteer Orientation that took place at M-POWER Ministries. It will take approximately 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.
