This survey allows you to evaluate the skills of your management team. Please answer each question, however DO NOT RATE YOURSELF. When you have completed the survey and hit the "submit" button your answers will be tallied with your team members responses. A team average will be calculated for each question. Participants will receive a summary of the group scores, as well as their own individual results received from the group. The purpose of this survey is to provide individual and group feedback regarding strengths and weaknesses of the management team.
