Hello:

This survey is about Marketing to adult Millennials (also known as Generation Y); the generation born after 1980. Adult Millennials are currently aged 18-33. I am trying to understand if you treat this segment of customers any differently to other customer groups.

The survey is being conducted as part of a wider study towards a MSc qualification in Marketing. Your response will be anonymous and will be summarised only by your industry and job title. This survey is only for Marketers.

It will take less than 5 minutes to complete the questionnaire.


I will share a summary of the findings with responders that are interested – there is an option to supply your email address in the survey.

The term ‘Customer’ is interchangeable with ‘Donor’ and ‘Member’.
