Math Needs Assessment This survey is part of Concordia University EDT 6070. The purpose of the survey is to get the opinion of students' needs in the area of math. This data will be used to help formulate my action research project. The expected duration of your participation in this survey is about 5 minutes. If you choose to proceed with the survey, click on one answer for each statement then proceed to the next. Only the researcher will handle data. All data collected and recorded will be done so anonymously. The surveys and the data will be destroyed upon the completion of the study.
