I would first of all like to thank you for completing the maths survey.

After analysing the results, the maths leadership team would like to ask you  just a few more questions.  this will  help us identify  further issues around the teaching  and learning and leadership of maths at Hawes side.

Once again all information provided in this questionnaire will remain confidential. No identities will be revealed in the summary report.
