Hello:

As part of our drive to improve Maths throughout school we are inviting you to participate in the following Maths survey.

All teaching staff  have been asked to complete this  survey that asks questions about subject knowledge and understanding, the use of models and images to promote learning in Maths  and some routine questions about  what mathematics looks like in your class. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is  valuable as it will help us plan for CPD and resources over the coming year.  It is very important for us to learn your opinions. Please complete the survey by Friday 4th December.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. If you have questions at any time about the survey or the procedures, please just ask me.

Thank you very much for your time and support. Please start with the survey now by clicking on the button below.
