MBA Association Feasibility Study

You are invited to participate in our feasibility study for the creation of the MBA Association at Nyack College. In this survey, approximately 60 people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about their interest. It will take approximately 20 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. It is very important for us to learn your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential.

Informed Consent

The purpose of this survey is to explore the factors that drive potential interest in an MBA Association at Nyack College. There are 5 demographic questions and 25 questions regarding interest in factors in this survey. It will take you about 20 minutes to complete.

You must be either a current MBA Student or an MBA Alum to participate in this survey. The survey is completely anonymous and your participation is voluntary. Please do not write your name on this survey.
