Hello Friends, Family and Colleagues
You are invited to participate in my MBA Leadership survey which looks at my leadership in my professional career and personal life. This survey is aimed to be completed by my friends, family members, co-workers, former co-workers, MBA classmate, and MBA professors. This survey will ask you a few questions about your relationship to me and the length of time you have known me. The main portion of the survey focus on your observations and understanding to Leadership in my professional or personal life. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

It is accepted that your reaction may change depending on the exact circumstances (professional vs personal), but I am looking for your initial reaction in order to determine my leadership style.
