Teaching and Learning: This includes professional development and coaching around Common Core, as well as our work with Teacher Leaders, on Instructional Rounds and with Technology.
 
Leadership Development: This includes Executive Leadership Center (ELC), Masterful District Leadership (MDL), Principal Institute, Teacher Leader Institute, coaching at all levels, etc.
 
Equitable Education Spending: This includes work around LCFF, LCAP (including community engagement & LCAP planning).
 
Cross-Program Service Areas: This includes our Needs Assessment service area, that applies across all three program areas.
