MSMOL WPC Quality Perception Survey

You are invited to participate in a survey, which is an integral part of completing my MSMOL thesis project here at Warner Pacific College (WPC). In this survey, approximately fifty people will be asked to complete a survey that asks questions about your perceptions of quality and its management here at WPC. It will take approximately 10 to 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire.

Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. There are no foreseeable risks associated with this project. However, if you feel uncomfortable answering any questions, you can withdraw from the survey at any point. However, it is very important for the successful completion of my thesis project that you share your opinions.

Your survey responses will be strictly confidential and data from this research will be reported only in the aggregate. Your information will be coded and will remain confidential. On the following pages you will find 50 statements related to quality management practices based on the work of Dr. Edwards W. Deming. Please consider each question from your own personal and unique experience here at Warner Pacific College.

As you read each question, check the answer that you believe indicates the extent to which each statement applies to our organization. Do not take too long to answer any one question. The questions are designed to gain a better understanding about the culture of quality in our organization. There are no right or wrong answers, so please answer as frankly as possible.
