As a Multi-Channel Inbound/Outbound Consultant in the PNC Care Center the consultant will be required to complete necessary account maintenance, offer solutions, send material, and offer financial well-being checkups to our inbound customers. The Consultant will also gain insight into customer’s needs, collect accurate information, and identify opportunities to fulfill those needs. You will also be responsible for making outbound calls to current customers in an effort to strengthen their relationship with PNC. This position ensures all communications and dialogue with customers are professional and of high quality, while accurately addressing the questions, issues, and/or needs of the customer. The PNC Customer Care Center is responsible for sales/service delivery of PNC business products and services by means of inbound and outbound customer contact. The Business Banking Service Consultant provides routine service support to PNC customers who initiate contact with the Customer Care Center with their inquiries related to Business Banking (which may involve questions regarding products, online directions, and/or their accounts). This position communicates directly with customers, as well as internal and external service partners to effectively resolve issues, questions, and service requests.
