New Townships in Pune

Hello:

Do you live in or own a recently built apartment/housing complex/township in Pune and its outskirts? If yes, do help us with your feedback and information.

Just to clarify, this is not a company market survey. It is simply an academic exercise to gain insight into built environment and use of spaces. As a student of architecture, your comments and experience will help me understand, evaluate, expose and critique certain existing urban conditions.

Important note
1. This survey is currently limited to Pune and its outskirts only.
2. It is also limited to private housing schemes by developers within the last 15 years. If you live in a public housing complex, army cantonment etc this does not apply to you.
3. If you own a property and do not live in it, please mention in the comments whether you intend to live there in future and /or for investment sake only.
