By electing to participate in the drawing, the participant expressly agrees that personal data may be collected, processed and stored for purposes of the drawing and internal market research. Personal data will be kept confidential and inaccessible to third parties. Entrants may withdraw from participation and delete their personal data at any time by sending an email to [email protected]

PARTICIPATION, DRAWING

The drawing will take place in Germany. Only participants who have completed the survey in its entirety are eligible. A participant may enter data for the survey and drawing only once. Payment in cash or transfer of the award is excluded. The winner will be chosen at random from among all eligible participants. RapidEye will contact the winner of the picture poster after December 31, 2009. The winner will be notified by RapidEye via email or telephone. Acceptance of the prize will be subject to RapidEye's End-User License Agreement. The last day to enter the drawing is December 31, 2009.

PARTICIPANTS, DISQUALIFICATION

Participants must be at least 18 years of age. RapidEye reserves the right to exclude participants on justifiable grounds, including violation of entry rules.

CHANGES TO RULES

RapidEye reserves the right to postpone, cancel or otherwise change the drawing at its discretion. Any changes to the drawing will be published on the RapidEye Website.
