You are invited to participate in a survey which will assist us and Maine DOE to build our capacity improve outcomes for students with disabilities. Approximately 20 people are being asked to complete this survey that asks questions about various initiatives regarding secondary education and youth services. It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete the questionnaire. Please complete the survey by Monday, June 17, 2013.
