This survey is for parents who have at least one child aged 18 or under living with them (at least 3 nights a week). This can also include step-children or fostered and adopted children if they have lived with you for at least a year.

I'm conducting this survey as part of my research for a book about parenting. The book will be fairly lighthearted, so I would welcome any funny or interesting stories about your parenting experiences. There are 10 questions - you can leave out any that you don't wish to answer.

Your responses are confidential, I will not ask for your name or contact details, so please be as honest as possible in your answers.
