The administrators in Barrington 220 are committed to providing high-quality services to all identified gifted learners in the District. They have asked us to conduct an evaluation to guide them in making better decisions about the best ways to serve gifted students. As a parent of a gifted student who participates in the Extended Services Program, your input is important in our analysis of the Program’s strength, as well as the areas that could be improved. This survey is anonymous, and no attempt will be made to identify you or your child.

The survey should take no longer than 30 minutes to complete. We appreciate your time in this effort. Please respond to this survey by October 17, 2014.

Should you have any questions or concerns about this evaluation, please contact Jennifer Barnabee, Director of the Extended Services Program, [email protected].
